Player info commands:
/info - gives users IP and UDID, join dates, world names,items
/infoex - /info continued
/devicecheck -gives names of all the players who have played on that UDID
/ipcheck - gives names of all the players who have played on that IP
/magic - *???
Punishment info:
Minor first offenses(world trade scams, general scams, etc.) - /warn the user
Second offenses - double the punishment /curse or tape. If user has either on record, /tapecurse
Third offenses- triple the punishment /ban
